These terms of service for the event organiser constitute a legally binding agreement (the Agreement) made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Futpal OÜ, concerning your access to and use of the Platform as defined below. You agree that by accessing the Platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement.
Parties of this Agreement are:
Futpal OÜ (the Platform), registry code 16372948, address Telliskivi tn 57/1, Tallinn, 10412, Estonia, e-mail [email protected] and a legal person or a private person (the Organiser) that has registered as an organiser on the Futpal App.
The Organiser and Futpal are hereinafter collectively referred also to as the Parties and individually as a Party. The Parties hereby have agreed as follows:
Platform: The Futpal web application.
Organiser: A user who creates, manages, and hosts a Paid Activity on the Platform.
Paid Activity: A sports, esports or other event created and managed by an Organiser on the Platform for which Players are charged Player Fees to participate.
Successful Activity: meets the minimum required number of Player registrations and takes place as scheduled.
Unsuccessful Activity: does not meet the minimum required number of Player registrations and is cancelled or does not take place as scheduled.
Venue: The location where an Activity is held. Venues can be provided by Futpal (Futpal´s partner Venues) or by third-party providers. It is understood that most Venue providers charge a Rental Fee for their spaces.
Player: A user who joins a Paid Activity created by an Organiser on the Platform.
Player Fees: The charges paid by the Players to register for and participate in a Paid Activity. The specific Player Fee amounts are determined by the Organisers.
Rental Fees: The cost associated with using a Venue for an Activity. The specific Rental Fee amounts are determined by each Venue provider individually.
Compensation: The income Organisers receive for each Successful Activity after Futpal deducts its commission and the necessary fees to cover the fees of the Venue. If the Organiser uses a third-party Venue provider, they receive the Venue Rental Fee as well.
